Plans we accept
Grounded Healing therapists currently accept those In-Network with BCBS PPO, AETNA, United, and self-pay.
Additionally, we have limited sliding scale and pro bono slots.
If you would like to utilize Out of Network Benefits, our clinicians will provide you with the necessary paperwork.
We encourage you to call your customer service number on the back of your insurance card to understand your benefits and what will be covered.
Individuals are responsible for costs not covered by insurance.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, individuals paying out-of-pocket will receive a Good Faith Estimate of services. All Grounded Healing therapists require cancellation at least 24-hours prior to any scheduled appointment. If an appointment is missed or canceled less than 24-hours in advance, you are subject to the full fee of the session and will not be covered by insurance. We thank you for understanding as appropriate notice gives us an opportunity to offer this spot to another person in need of services.
